Assessment Process
STEP 1: LAB WORK
Arrange for the recommended labs to be drawn at your doctor’s office and submitted for insurance processing. Below are the recommended labs for men and women.
If you prefer, Legacy Wellness can order the labs for you to be drawn at your local LabCorp. The cost for this service is approximately $415 as of January 2025. Please note that Legacy Wellness does not accept insurance; however, lab fees can often be paid using HSA or FSA cards.
STEP 2: SCHEDULING & FORMS
Schedule your appointment using the link in the "Invitation to Book" email sent to you or visit the Appointments Page and select "Initial Wellness Consultation". It’s best to schedule your appointment at least 7 days after your blood is drawn to ensure all results are available for processing and review of your Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis.
To ensure thorough preparation for your assessment, please promptly complete all forms sent to you after booking, and no later than 48 hours before your appointment.

To respect the time of other clients and ensure the smooth running of my practice, Express Check Calls will end promptly at the 30-minute mark. If you need more time for a comprehensive discussion, please schedule a full 60-minute Wellness Consultation (virtual or in-person). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
STEP 3: APPOINTMENT DAY
Before your appointment, please fast for 90 minutes, avoiding food, water, gum, or mints. Upon arrival, you will provide urine and saliva samples for the pH Screening, which will be analyzed after your visit.
During the 60-minute consultation, we will thoroughly review your intake form and discuss your Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis. This will provide valuable insights to help determine the key components of your personalized protocol.

STEP 4: THE PROTOCOL
Within 48–72 hours after your appointment, you will receive an email notifying you that your Protocol is ready. At the same time, you will also receive an email from Fullscript, the dispensary, detailing all recommended items. Optional items that may have been discussed during your appointment for use outside the protocol will also be included. You can remove these optional items from your cart, as well as add other supplements or products (such as OTC or practitioner-grade supplements, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.) to your order.
Take your time to review your protocol and process the information, remembering that small, consistent steps are key to moving your health from Point A to Point B. Your Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and pH Screening Report will be attached to the Protocol for your convenience and can be reviewed at any time.
