Because of the incredible health breakthroughs, we’ve seen since integrating Auriculotherapy into our practice, beginning January 1, 2026, all Wellness Consultations at Legacy Wellness will include an Auricular Reflex Therapy Session — a gentle ear stimulation technique that supports pain relief, stress reduction, and whole-body balance by engaging the auricular branch of the vagus nerve and the ear’s intricate micro-reflex points. The updated session fee will be $210 at that time.

This gentle, needle-free therapy uses the ear’s natural microsystem to support balance in the nervous system. By stimulating specific points on the ear and body as needed, electro auricular therapy encourages your body’s natural healing response. It may help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, ease headaches and pain, calm digestion, regulate cravings and appetite, and enhance overall mood and focus - making it a simple yet powerful complement to your wellness journey.
