For those who want to explore their lab work from a functional, whole-body perspective, but do not live near Legacy Wellness or are not scheduling an in-person appointment, the Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA) is an excellent option.
This comprehensive report evaluates functional body systems, accessory systems, nutrient status, and potential nutrient deficiencies using your blood test results. While we do not offer long-distance consultations, both the Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and our DNA MethylGenetic Report are available remotely, providing meaningful insight and education regardless of location.
If you are a current client who has scheduled or plans to schedule a Wellness Consultation, DO NOT order the Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA) here. The FBCA will be included in your consultation. However, you can choose to order your lab work for your Wellness Consultation below or request that your PCP orders them.

To complete your Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis and/or prepare for your Wellness Consultation, you’ll need a current set of labs.
Option 1: Use Your Primary Care Provider (PCP)
You may take the lab images below to your primary care provider and request that these labs be drawn through insurance.
Option 2: Have Legacy Wellness Order Your Labs
If you prefer, Legacy Wellness can order the required labs for you to be drawn at a local Quest Diagnostics location. Simply select the option below to have us place the order on your behalf. Please include your NAME, DOB in the body of the email order. Please note: We cannot order tests in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.

If you are ordering the Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA) only, you will receive your detailed 30+ page report within 3 business days after we receive both your payment and lab results.

If you are also scheduling a Wellness Consultation, your FBCA will be reviewed with you during your appointment.

Please remember not to book your consultation any sooner than 10 days after your lab draw to ensure all results are available.

When completing your intake forms, the final page will include clear instructions on how to upload your lab work through your client portal.
