This role is highly flexible, making it ideal for someone who values control over their schedule, is returning to the workforce, transitioning into functional wellness, or simply looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity with room to grow.
You'll receive comprehensive training in the Legacy Wellness Model, including our systems and client care processes. Lisa Metzger, our Naturopathic Doctor, develops each client's personalized wellness protocol. Your role is to guide clients through the plan she has created, helping them understand and implement their nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations during telehealth follow-up appointments between their in-person naturopathic visits. You'll provide education, accountability, answer implementation questions, and help clients stay engaged in their wellness journey, referring clinical questions back to the Legacy Wellness team when appropriate.
Working alongside our naturopathic team, you'll play an important role in creating a consistent, supportive, and personalized client experience that empowers lasting lifestyle transformation.

As part of our collaborative care team, you'll receive mentorship, training, and proven systems - individually designed for each client by Lisa, naturopath - to confidently support clients as they implement their personalized wellness plans. Your role will help bridge education, accountability, and ongoing client support, creating a seamless and encouraging experience throughout each client's wellness journey.

Our clients are families and individuals seeking to address the root cause of illness with compassion, education, and respect for informed choice.
Legacy Wellness is an in-demand practice, currently booking one month in advance for many of our primary services, reflecting the growing community need for integrative, faith-based wellness care.
There is an especially great need for conventional medical professionals who can support children and families in a holistic-minded environment. The demand far exceeds the number of available practitioners, leaving a wide-open opportunity to serve this community with excellence and compassion.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Functional Wellness Support Professional, you'll conduct telehealth follow-up appointments, helping clients confidently implement their personalized wellness plans.
You'll provide education, accountability, get answers to their questions about nutrition and supplement recommendations, and help clients stay engaged between their naturopathic visits.
You'll be trained in the Legacy Wellness Model, learning our proven systems, protocols, documentation standards, and approach to client care. We provide the tools, resources, and processes. You bring compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help others succeed.
This is a part-time, flexible 1099 contractor position with the opportunity to grow as client demand increases and additional responsibilities become available.
Our goal is to create a seamless client experience where every individual feels informed, supported, and encouraged throughout their wellness journey.
