Birth Services Director | Certified Doula & Midwife Assistant
Julia is a compassionate Certified Doula and Midwife Assistant who serves as the Birth Services Director for Legacy Wellness. With her background in birth support and passion for helping mothers navigate pregnancy and childbirth, Julia brings valuable knowledge and experience to our growing birth services program.
As your first point of contact, Julia takes time to understand your birth preferences, goals, personality, and the type of support you're looking for. She then helps match you with a carefully selected independent doula who may be the right fit for your family.
We believe the relationship between a mother and her doula is deeply personal. That's why Julia arranges an introductory call with your recommended doula, giving you an opportunity to get acquainted, ask questions, and make sure you feel comfortable before committing. If the connection doesn't feel right, Julia can help you explore another match, based on availability.
Julia's holistic approach aligns with the Christ-centered, family-focused values of Legacy Wellness. Her goal is to ensure every family feels heard, respected, and confident in the support they receive throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
In addition to coordinating birth services, Julia has experience in doula and midwifery support and is pursuing additional training in auriculotherapy. Her background allows her to help families understand their options and connect with appropriate resources throughout their birth journey.

Finding the right doula begins with a conversation!
Schedule a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call with Julia, our Birth Services Director. During your call, she'll learn about your birth preferences, goals, and expectations, answer questions about our packages, and help determine which of our independent doulas may be the best fit for your family.
Following your discovery call, Julia will arrange a complimentary introductory call with your recommended doula. This gives you an opportunity to connect personally, ask questions, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward together.
If you don't feel the connection is quite right, simply let Julia know. She'll be happy to help you explore another match, subject to availability.
