Who are the memberships designed for?
Access Memberships are specifically designed for established Legacy Wellness clients who are generally doing well but want to maintain an ongoing relationship with Legacy Wellness.
They provide a lower intensity level of support than our more comprehensive memberships while still giving you access to consultations, virtual check ins, texting support, and member benefits throughout the year.
Do I have to commit to all 12 months?
Access Memberships are intended for established Legacy Wellness clients.
New clients, or clients who need a more comprehensive evaluation, should begin with the appropriate Wellness Consultation and foundational care before transitioning into an Access Membership.
Do I have to commit to all 12 months?
Yes. Access Memberships are structured as 12 month memberships and are billed monthly.
If you choose to terminate your membership early, any outstanding balance for services already provided will become due, along with a $75 service fee.
Do I have to use my appointments on a specific schedule?
No. Your included consultations may be used throughout your 12-month membership period based on your individual or family needs. All unused membership services expire at the end of the 12-month membership term and do not roll over.
What can I use a Virtual Check In for?
Your 30-minute Virtual Check-In Consultations may be used for focused concerns such as:
• Sick visits
• Follow up questions
• New wellness concerns
• Changes in symptoms
• Protocol Additions
• Supplement questions
• Progress check ins
If a concern requires a more comprehensive evaluation, additional testing, or a longer appointment, a different appointment type may be recommended.
How does the Family Wellness Access Membership work?
The included Wellness Consultations and Virtual Check-In Consultations are shared among participating family members. This allows you to use your available visits based on which family member needs support throughout the year rather than assigning a specific number of appointments to each person.
What happens if I use all of my included visits?
Once your included consultations have been used, additional appointments may still be scheduled and will be billed separately at the current Legacy Wellness rate.
Does membership guarantee appointment availability?
Membership provides ongoing access to Legacy Wellness services, but appointments remain subject to normal scheduling availability. Membership does not guarantee same day, immediate, or specific appointment times.
What if I need more comprehensive care again?
Health needs can change. If something new develops or a deeper evaluation becomes necessary, we may recommend a comprehensive consultation, updated lab work, additional testing, or a different level of support.

Because of the growing interest in our memberships and the personalized care we offer, space is filling up quickly. To ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve, we may be implementing a waiting list soon.
