At Legacy Wellness, care is designed as a complete healing ecosystem rather than isolated appointments. Every client begins with a foundational consultation and may then choose to continue within one of our structured 12-month memberships (below) or our 6-month VIP Membership for ongoing support.

More than 2 children?
If your family has more than two children, the cost for each additional child is $8.50 per month (e.g., Family of 2 adults + 2 kids = $157 + [2 × $8.50] = $174/month)
However, if you have generally healthy children who may not require as much one-on-one care, discounts can be applied.

Step 1 - Adults, You Must Complete Lab Work
All in-person appointments require lab work to be completed prior to your first visit.
You may choose one of the following options:

Option A - Use Your Primary Care Provider​: You may request recent lab work from your primary care provider and submit your results through the client portal. Instructions will be on the last page of your intake form.

Step 2 - Enroll in a Membership
Once you are ready, you may enroll in the Membership that fits your household and season of healing.
Step 3 - Schedule Your Care
After enrolling, you may begin scheduling your Wellness Consultations, detox sessions, auriculotherapy visits, and other included services.

Established Client
Step 1 - Adults, Do You Need Updated Lab Work?

If it's been 12 months since your last Wellness Consultation, it will be ​time to order updated labs.

You may choose one of the following options:

Do I have to commit to all 6 months?
Yes. The VIP Membership is designed as a 6-month maintenance program. This allows enough time to support your body through seasonal changes and ongoing healing.

What happens if I use all my visits or detoxes early?
You are welcome to schedule additional services at 10% off regular pricing for the remainder of your membership term.
​
Can I switch from Individual VIP to Family VIP (or vice versa)?
Changes can usually be made at renewal. If you need to change mid-term, contact Ellie at support@legacywellnessnc.com to discuss options.

What if I need more intensive support again?
Visit-by-Visit Care Is Always Available! If new issues arise or you need a deeper level of care, you can always schedule an in-person Wellness Consultation or additional telehealth visits, as needed.
