A warm, holistic wellness consultation illustrating flexible professional space for independent wellness practitioners.
Exploring a Future Wellness Collective in Locust, Midland, Stanfield or Albemarle, NC

We are currently gathering interest in a future shared wellness space serving the Locust, Midland, Stanfield, or Albemarle area.

The vision is to create a welcoming, professional setting where independent wellness practitioners can meet with clients without taking on the expense and responsibility of maintaining an entire office alone.

This would not be a Legacy Wellness office or an employment opportunity. Each practitioner would operate independently under their own business, credentials, insurance, scheduling, records, payments, and professional responsibilities.

Seeking

Independent Wellness Practitioners

Shared Space for Independent Practices

No property has been selected at this time. This page is simply helping us determine whether there is enough interest to move forward and what local practitioners would need from such a space.

We Would Love to Hear From Practitioners Who Are...

  • Interested in occasional, weekly, multiple-day, or monthly office use
    • Looking for a professional space without maintaining an entire building
    • Established in practice or preparing to begin seeing clients locally
    • Committed to providing ethical, professional, client-centered care
    • Comfortable operating as an independent business
    • Interested in working near other complementary wellness professionals
    • Serving clients in Locust, Midland, Stanfield, Albemarle, or surrounding communities
    • Looking for consultation, treatment, bodywork, counseling, education, or wellness service space

Potential spaces may include private consultation rooms, treatment rooms, rooms with sink or cabinet access, larger practitioner suites, flexible daily-use rooms, shared waiting areas, retail display space, and possible storage. Final options would depend on the property selected.

ABOUT THE VISION

The goal is to create a thoughtfully designed wellness setting where independent practitioners can serve clients in a professional and welcoming environment while sharing the cost of common space and amenities.

The collective may include private practitioner rooms, flexible rooms rented by the day, dedicated monthly spaces, a shared waiting area, internet, utilities, parking, and limited product-display opportunities.

Legacy Wellness would not operate from the building or manage the practitioners’ businesses. Legacy Wellness is currently helping gather interest, identify community needs, and determine whether the concept is financially and practically viable.

POTENTIAL SPACE OPTIONS

The final rental structure would depend on the property and practitioner interest. Possible arrangements may include occasional full-day use, every-other-week access, one reserved day each week, multiple recurring days, or a dedicated monthly room.

Some practitioners may only need space periodically, while others may prefer a consistent room that feels like their own. The goal would be to offer several levels of access rather than requiring every practitioner to make a full-time commitment.

Possible spaces may include standard consultation offices, treatment or bodywork rooms, rooms with sink and cabinetry, larger suites, rooms with separate entrances, and flexible rooms shared by practitioners on different days.

No specific room, location, price, or opening date is currently guaranteed.

PRACTITIONERS WE ARE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM:

We welcome interest from independent faith-focused practitioners whose services would complement a shared wellness environment, including:

Nurse practitioners, massage therapists, estheticians, counselors, coaches, nutrition professionals, lactation consultants, doulas, midwives, pelvic health providers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, acupuncturists, reflexologists, herbalists, functional wellness practitioners, postpartum professionals, pediatric developmental providers, and other complementary wellness professionals.

Interest from other appropriate service providers is also welcome.

Help Us Shape the Vision

If you're a provider with a passion for faith-based, family-centered, and collaborative care, we'd love the opportunity to get to know you. We're building a team of like-minded professionals who believe in treating the whole person while serving families with compassion, integrity, and excellence.

If you are an independent wellness practitioner who may be interested in occasional, recurring, or dedicated professional space, we would like to hear from you.

Initiating a conversation does not create a commitment. It simply helps us understand what types of practitioners are interested, which locations would be most convenient, what kind of room would be needed, and how frequently the space might be used.
