Legacy Wellness, a concierge naturopathic clinic in Locust, NC, is seeking a values-aligned Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (licensed in North Carolina) to join in a unique collaborative model of care. This is a 1099 opportunity, not employment. Founded by Lisa Metzger - Legacy Wellness provides functional assessments, detox protocols, nutrition therapy, auriculotherapy, and body scans—all rooted in the Biblical Holistic Health Approach. Our clients are families and individuals seeking to address the root cause of illness with compassion, education, and respect for informed choice.
Legacy Wellness is an in-demand practice, currently booking one month in advance for many of our primary services, reflecting the growing community need for integrative, faith-based wellness care.
There is an especially great need for conventional medical professionals who can support children and families in a holistic-minded environment. The demand far exceeds the number of available practitioners, leaving a wide-open opportunity to serve this community with excellence and compassion.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Many of our clients prefer holistic, natural care but still value access to Western medicine for prescriptions, evaluations, or specialty referrals when necessary. This collaborative model allows each provider to stay in their professional lane while clients experience comprehensive, wraparound support.
This collaborative model of care has proven to be highly successful nationwide, with a tremendous need for this kind of integrative, cooperative approach in our area.
Our vision is to build a cooperative, cross-referral relationship—one that blends functional wellness with responsible medical oversight. Practitioners who join this model can expect to provide focused medical consultations, limited prescriptive services, and evaluation visits for existing clients, ensuring they feel safe, seen, and fully supported in their healing journey.
The membership-based model for the clients who use more of a holistic health approach, but still want allopathic care as required, allows for as-needed visits, creating consistent and predictable income for the practitioner while providing peace of mind for the families and individuals we collectively serve.
Lisa is also willing to share projected income potential based on current community demand and membership interest. This is a highly customizable role with generous revenue sharing, allowing practitioners to design a schedule and workload that align with their personal and professional goals.
