WOMEN’S HORMONE THERAPY
For perimenopause, menopause + individualized hormone support
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, temperature regulation, mood, energy, sexual wellness and overall quality of life. Explore physician managed hormone options based on the symptoms and goals you want to address.
WHY CHOOSE WOMEN'S HORMONE THERAPY
• Perimenopause, menopause, surgical menopause, or primary ovarian failure
• Hot flashes or night sweats
• Vaginal dryness, irritation, discomfort with sex, or recurring urinary concerns
• Sleep disturbance, anxiety, palpitations, or mood changes
• Low libido, brain fog, or reduced vitality despite other hormone support
• You want targeted hormone support based on your primary symptoms
WHAT MAKES HORMONE THERAPY DIFFERENT?
SYMPTOM + GOAL BASED - Start with the symptoms you most want to address rather than choosing a hormone simply because a laboratory value is outside a range.
DIFFERENT HORMONES, DIFFERENT ROLES - Systemic estradiol, vaginal estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone are used for different goals and are not interchangeable.

INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT - The appropriate hormone, formulation and dose depend on your health history, symptoms, goals and medical review.
MORE THAN ONE FACTOR MAY MATTER - Sleep, thyroid function, metabolic health, nutrient status and stress can overlap with symptoms that feel hormonal. Optional labs and Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis can provide additional insight.
COMMON GOALS WE EXPLORE: Perimenopause • Menopause • Hot Flashes + Night Sweats • Sleep + Mood • Vaginal + Urinary Wellness • Libido • Hormonal Vitality
COMPARE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
If hot flashes, night sweats, bone health, or menopause related metabolic changes are the primary concern, explore systemic estradiol. If vaginal dryness, irritation, discomfort with sex, or recurring urinary concerns are primary, explore vaginal estradiol. If sleep disturbance, anxiety, palpitations, or mood changes are most prominent, compare progesterone. If you are already using estrogen plus progesterone and still experience low libido, brain fog, or irritability, compare women’s testosterone.

MEN’S HORMONE THERAPY
For testosterone support, vitality + individualized hormone care
Changes in testosterone can affect libido, energy, exercise tolerance, focus, mood and body composition. Beyond the Shot helps you understand the different men’s hormone options so you can start with the therapy that most closely matches your goals.
WHY CHOOSE MEN'S HORMONE THERAPY
• Low testosterone confirmed on labs with related symptoms
• Low libido or reduced sexual wellness
• Fatigue, brain fog or reduced exercise tolerance
• Irritability or changes in overall vitality
• Central weight gain or body composition concerns
• You want to preserve fertility or explore an alternative to traditional testosterone replacement

WHAT MAKES HORMONE THERAPY DIFFERENT?
Dual GIP + GLP-1 Support
TESTOSTERONE REPLACEMENT - Directly increases testosterone and is intended for men with low testosterone on labs plus symptoms such as low libido, fatigue, brain fog, exercise intolerance, irritability or central weight gain.

ENCLOMIPHENE - Designed to increase testosterone while preserving the body’s own hormone signaling. Altro identifies it for men with low testosterone who want to preserve fertility or avoid traditional TRT.

hCG - Supports testicular function and testosterone production. It may be considered for men who want to preserve fertility while using TRT or who want an alternative approach to TRT.

ANASTROZOLE - Used specifically to lower excess estradiol in men already receiving testosterone therapy when signs of elevated estradiol are present. According to Altro, it is always used with testosterone, never by itself.
COMMON GOALS WE EXPLORE: Low testosterone • Libido • Energy • Focus • Exercise tolerance • Body composition • Fertility considerations • Hormonal vitality
COMPARE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE
If your labs show low testosterone and symptoms such as low libido, fatigue, brain fog, reduced exercise tolerance or central weight gain are primary, explore testosterone therapy. If you want to increase testosterone while preserving fertility or avoiding TRT, compare enclomiphene. If preserving testicular function or fertility while on TRT is a priority, compare hCG. Anastrozole is not a stand alone testosterone treatment and is used only alongside testosterone when excess estradiol is a concern.
